Custom contract & invoicing
The per-payment fee covers Helond's pre-game payment coordination: generating payment requests, tracking collection from teams, and triggering the referee payout. It appears as a transparent line item on each team's payment request — your teams see exactly what they're paying and why. You collect it; Helond invoices you monthly via your subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Starter plan really free forever?
Yes — no trial period, no card required, no expiry. Starter is free permanently. Upgrade whenever your league outgrows it.
What is the match official payment coordination fee?
When your league coordinates official payments through Helond, we charge a flat fee per payment request — €1.00 on Starter, €0.75 on Whistle and White Line, and a custom rate on Black Stripe. Helond does not process or hold any payments — money moves directly between your teams and officials via Revolut, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfer. The fee covers the coordination workflow: generating requests, tracking confirmation, and triggering the Appointed notification.
Do the paid plans require a credit card?
Yes. Whistle and White Line start with a 30-day free trial and require a card on file to activate. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before that. Starter is completely free — no card required, no expiry.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Do you offer onboarding support?
Whistle includes an onboarding call for the first 25 signups. White Line includes an onboarding call for all customers. Black Stripe includes dedicated onboarding, training and an SLA.
What countries do you support?
Helond supports leagues in Ireland, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, and Spain. Payment coordination adapts to each market — Revolut and bank transfer for IE/GB/EU, Venmo and Zelle for the US, Interac for Canada, PayID and bank transfer for Australia. Helond never processes or holds funds in any market.
